Helping your Hair in Winter Time

Hair Serums and Mask

Hair Serums

Serums are useful and beneficial for our hair; they play a crucial role not only in restoring lost shine but also in repairing and rehydrating the cuticle. They help block frizz, improving the overall appearance of the hair.

Why hair serum?

Hair undergoes constant modifications, almost always driven by style or trends. This implies that numerous cosmetic interventions are carried out, which can damage the structure of the hair and scalp.

Dyes, as well as bleach and highlights, impact the overall health of the hair. Additionally, almost 200 washes with shampoos throughout a year can lead to weakened and deteriorated hair. Not to mention, the water in showers, often high in chlorine content, further dries the hair cuticle. This results in aged-looking hair that appears older than its actual age.

Serums with a high concentration of active ingredients can alleviate this situation in a very short amount of time.

The best serums usually contain vitamins and components that help hydrate, nourish, and repair hair, aiding in frizz prevention and sealing split ends.

We craft serums based on seven vegetable plants and essential oils, all of which work to repair damaged, dry, and split-ended hair with high detangling power. To apply correctly, place a few drops of the product in the palms of your hands and spread it from the middle to the tips, ensuring even distribution throughout the hair while avoiding the roots. Then, comb and dry your hair as usual.

I find that masks may not always provide the desired benefits. Following application, a discernible rebuilding or re-greasing effect can occur after a few hours. This phenomenon may contribute to reduced oxygenation to the hair follicle (hair bulb), potentially resulting in hair thinning and loss. In my view, a high-quality conditioner may effectively serve the same purpose as a mask.

Throughout many years of formulating, I have read numerous articles about the rules of masks and their benefits for hair.

1. Masks can help hydrate and nourish your hair.

2. They are especially beneficial for dry, damaged or frizzy hair.

3. Hair masks can even improve the health of your scalp and increase the strength of your hair. It is not simply improbable; it is a proven and effective method.
