Patient 1

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 68

Background: Patient 1 was one of the most challenging cases to address; however, it also brought great satisfaction for us to have successfully restored her hair and self-esteem. Over the years, she had tried various solutions, but none proved effective.

Our diagnosis: In the initial consultation, she reported the onset of thinning and bald areas at the age of 16. Subsequent scalp analysis confirmed the presence of severe Androgenetic Alopecia.

We provided her with a detailed explanation of the necessary steps to address the situation, emphasizing that her case would necessitate more than 12 months of treatment.

We initiated the formulation of customized compounds, scheduling follow-ups every two weeks for the first six months, and transitioning to monthly follow-ups until the completion of her treatment.

Treatment Duration: 16 months

Start: February 2020 until: June 2021

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 2

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 41

Background: Patient 2 had sought assistance from a reputable hair clinic regarding hair loss concerns on the vertex and nape. The clinic recommended treatments such as laser therapy and Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil). However, she opted to discontinue the clinic’s treatment after 9 months, citing the absence of noticeable improvement in hair growth.

Our diagnosis: The analysis of her scalp and hair determined Alopecia Areata; she exhibited two bald patches without hair, one on the vertex, one on the nape, and the last on the neck. We explained the steps she needed to follow to address the situation. Subsequently, we commenced the development of formulas tailored to her specific hair problem.

After one month of treatment, there were noticeable signs of hair recovery. The second and final photo was taken three months later.

Treatment Duration: 4 months

Start: July 2018 until: October 2018

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 3

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 24

Background: Patient 3 experienced Alopecia Areata, likely triggered by a distressing emotional issue she had encountered one year prior. She presented with small bald patches on her scalp, accompanied by persistent itchiness. Despite trying various products, including anti-hair loss shampoos and ampoules, her hair condition showed no improvement.

Our diagnosis: The scalp analysis unequivocally indicated a severe case of Alopecia Areata, concomitant with scalp inflammation. Through conversation with the patient, it became apparent that her self-esteem had been markedly affected. She resorted to wearing a cap consistently throughout the day to mask the bald patches, a practice that was evident from her initial presentation during the consultation.

We explained to her the steps that would be taken to address the situation.

After two months of treatment with customized formulas, the progress in her hair recovery became quite evident. The second and final photo was taken three months later.

Treatment Duration: 2 months

Start: June 2017 until: August 2017

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Age: 25

Background: Patient 4 had been treated at a nationally well-known hair clinic. The treatments were laser, Rogaine 2% (Minoxidil) and anti-hair loss shampoos. She abandoned the treatment after 7 months due to lack of results.

Our diagnosis: The analysis detected Hair loss on temples on the both sides of her scalp,

Parietal Scalp Hair Loss.

By referral: The parietal scalp is another region affected in female pattern hair loss. Some

individuals are frequently observed to experience hair thinning both at the parietal area and the mid scalp region.

We explained to her how we would work to halt and restore her hair situation. Subsequently, we commenced the development of formulas with specific concentrations of plants.

After a month of treatment, her hair began to recover. The second and last photo was taken three months later.

Treatment Duration: 3 months

Background: Patient 5 had previously been treated with PRP and Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil). Her hair loss problem began 5 years ago due to personal and difficult circumstances, despite the treatments she underwent, the result was that her hair was still poor and with quite a few bald areas.

Our Diagnosis: After analyzing her scalp we detected two different problems; She had already female pattern loss, Ludwig scale type III but accompanied by severe 8 inflammation grade in the epidermis or upper part of her scalp, Vertex.

We explained to her that the treatment was going to be long in terms of time and how we would work to reverse that situation. A follow-up every month and formulas with plants and concentrations adapted to her both particular problems.

Treatment Duration: 17 months

Start: November 2021 until: June 2023

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Patient 6

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 45

Background: Patient 6 had been treated by a dermatologist with Cortisone, Finasteride and Rogaine (Minoxidil) at 2% and then at 5% for 3 years here in Miami.

Our diagnosis: In the first consultation she was quite depressed because she believed that her hair problem had not a solution after spending so much time using medicines and Rogaine.

Along the scalp examination, the diagnosis was Androgenetic Alopecia, more than 60% of her scalp was hairless and the remaining hair was very thin. We explained to her how we would be working to reverse that situation. We began to develop customized formulas with medicinal plants for her hair problem.

Five months later the second photo was taken and the result was remarkable. the previous bald area was covered with new hair.

Treatment Duration: 5 months

Start: February 2019 until: July 2019

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 7

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: African American

Age: 24

Background: Patient 7 had consulted two dermatologists in the last 6 months, receiving a diagnosis of Androgenetic Alopecia. One dermatologist recommended the use of Rogaine 2% (Minoxidil), while the second suggested PRP injections into the skull. Unfortunately, these interventions had no effect, and the condition continued to remain largely unchanged.

Our diagnosis: In our first meeting, she told us that she had lost any hope of recovering some of her hair and her self-esteem was also affected. she told us that she was beginning to have difficulties in keeping personal relationships because she looked unattractive and lacked self- confidence.

After analyzing her scalp, the problem was detected, Androgenetic Alopecia, but the lack of previous results was due to the fact that the recommended treatments were totally wrong in this case. The patient 8 needed ingredients that would enhance the creation of fibroblasts from within and generate nitric oxide and this will favor vascular growth due to the lack of blood supply in the subcutaneous tissues that was harming the right cell mitosis in the bulbs. It also contains some micro peptides to help stimulate the collagen and elastin matrix.

We also commented on the duration of the treatment and the results that could be achieved to recover her hair.

Customized formulas for her problem were prepared and they were first applied in our facilities in order to explain how she would have to use them at home.

Treatment Duration: 3 months

Start: January 2021 until: April 2021

Follow-up: 30 minutes every two weeks

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 8 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 8

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 29

Background: Patient 8 had been experiencing hair loss for 5 years, and bald patches were visible in certain areas. Concerned about the situation and its impact on her self-esteem, she sought the advice of a dermatologist who diagnosed her with Androgenetic Alopecia. The dermatologist’s response was discouraging, stating that her hair problem had no solution. Distressed, she took matters into her own hands and tried Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil) for 4 months. However, she noticed a continued loss of hair during this period.

Our Diagnosis: We identified circular baldness, indicative of Alopecia Areata. However, we concluded that she had a genuine opportunity to recover her hair. We explained our approach: a follow-up every two weeks and customized formulas with medicinal plants and concentrations tailored to her specific hair problem.

Treatment Duration: 3 months

Start: March 2020 until: June 2020

Follow-up: 30 minutes every two weeks

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 9 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 9

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 44

Background: Patient 9 was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata, a condition that can be challenging to manage. The circular pattern of hair loss serves as a clear indicator of this condition. Despite attempting Minoxidil, its effectiveness varies among individuals and can, in some cases, lead to side effects like itching and scalp irritation. Instead of witnessing positive results, the patient experienced discomfort in the form of scalp itching and irritation.

Our Diagnosis: Patient 15 exhibits three areas affected by Alopecia Areata, with one of the largest patches situated on the back of the neck, and the other two on the top of the scalp.

Treatment Estimated: 7 months

Treatment Duration was: 4 months

The successful resolution of the patient’s condition was achieved within a span of only four months, largely due to the patient’s diligent adherence to the treatment prescribed by us. The customized formulas, elaborated with fresh plants, played a significant role in the positive outcome of the treatment.

Start: October 2022 until: February 2023

Follow-up: Based on the analysis of the patient’s hair and scalp condition, a schedule of 1-hour sessions every two weeks for the first two months was established, followed by 1-hour sessions every month thereafter. This schedule is likely to be adjusted as the patient’s condition improves and progress is made towards reversing her Alopecia Areata.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 10

Gender: Male

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 33

Here is another case of Androgenetic Alopecia but plus widespread inflammation on the scalp.

Background: The patient, who first visited my office in February 2022, unfortunately, could not initiate treatment until September 2022. This delay of 7 months post the initial consultation was due to the complexity of his case, demanding considerable time and effort to address the severity of his hair problem.

Our Diagnosis: In September, the diagnosis was confirmed, remaining practically the same as in February:

Androgenetic Alopecia or Male Pattern and widespread inflammation of the scalp. Microscopic examination revealed a deeply inflamed scalp, thin hair, and several parts of the scalp covered by sebum.

After the analysis, I explained his hair problem. The treatment would be somewhat lengthy due to the therapeutic duplication, aiming to both reduce inflammation and promote hair recovery. The estimated duration for the entire process is 7 months.

Treatment Duration was: 6 months

Start: September 2022 until February 2023

Follow-up: One-hour sessions were scheduled every two weeks for the first two months, followed by a monthly follow-up. The formulas were adjusted every month with the sole objective of reversing the baldness problem and promoting new hair growth.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 11 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 11

Gender: Male

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 52

Background: When I met him, he seemed somewhat careless about his hair. He told me that it was due to his lack of hope in getting them back. He actually came to my office because his wife recommended us to him. Honestly, he didn’t think I could help him; it was something curious.

Our Diagnosis: Microscopic examination revealed a deeply inflamed scalp; the use of hardware was deemed unnecessary as the red areas on his scalp were highly conspicuous. The elevated androgen value justified the already apparent Androgenetic Alopecia. When I inquired about the number of hairs he believed he lost while washing with shampoo, he admitted to losing many but was unable to quantify the exact amount.

Following the analysis, I explained his hair problem on my whiteboard using diagrams, aiming to provide him with a clearer understanding of his hair situation and outlining the subsequent steps.

The treatment process may necessitate a medium-term commitment, with a potential duration of more than 6-7 months to achieve significant results in hair restoration.

Treatment Duration was: 5 months

Start: October 2022 until March 2023

Follow-up: It was determined that the recommended treatment plan would involve 1-hour sessions every two weeks for the first two months, followed by 1-hour sessions every month thereafter. The formulas would be adjusted during the monthly follow-ups as the patient’s condition improves and progress is made towards reversing the hair loss.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 12 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 12

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: African – American

Age: 33

Background: The patient 12 was diagnosed in 2019 with Androgenetic Alopecia and the doctor prescribed Rogaine to her, that is, Minoxidil 2% in topical application. Despite more than 20 months using Rogaine, she continued to experience hair loss and oily on the scalp. She reported experiencing itching and losing more than 50 hair during washing and shampooing.

Our Diagnosis: In March 2023, she visited our clinic, Upon examination of the patient’s scalp under a microscope, The identification of Androgenetic Alopecia is evident, and concomitantly, her scalp manifests indications of heightened oiliness/sebum production, inflammation, and a pronounced state of hair thinness and weakness. We detected also through the analyzes, her hair with a high porosity due for the use of chemical dye to convert black on blonde her hair color.

Resume: The results of her hair analysis indicated the way to reverse her hair situation would likely be a mid-term process, potentially taking 5 months and possibly up to 6 months to achieve noticeable results. But we were wrong, we achieved to finish in just 3 months, eliminating inflammation and a good hair recovery.

Treatment Duration was: 3 months

Start: March 2023 until: June 2023

Follow-up: Based on the analysis of the patient’s hair, we determined a plan would involve a schedule of 1 hour sessions every four weeks.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 13 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 13

Gender: Male

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 28

Background: Patient 13 was diagnosed Alopecia Areata in 2018. Since then he has used different shampoos, 5% Rogaine drops (Minoxidil), and P.R.P. (platelet-rich plasma therapy) for hair loss. Despite these interventions, the bald spot continued to enlarge.

Our Diagnosis: After a microscopic examination of the scalp, severe inflammation was observed in addition to Androgenetic Alopecia. We elucidated the work plan and the estimated time required to reverse and cover the bald area. The entire treatment process spanned three months, culminating in the achievement of significant results in hair restoration.

Treatment Duration was: 3 months

Start: March 2019 until June 2019

Follow-up: The customized hair plan treatment would need a follow-up sessions lasting one hour every four weeks. Along the follow-ups, the formulas will be adjusted based on the patient’s improving condition and progress towards reversing hair loss.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 14 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 14

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 39

Background: In 2013, Patient 14 was diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia and has since explored various methods to restore her hair, including the use of Minoxidil 2% (Rogaine 2%), laser therapy, and PRP/Plasma injections. Despite these efforts, she continued to experience hair loss and developed a noticeable bald spot. In December 2021, she and her husband visited the clinic, where his concern about her sadness and low self-esteem due to her hair loss was expressed.

Our Diagnosis: Upon microscopic examination of the patient’s scalp, Androgenetic Alopecia was diagnosed. Additionally, the scalp exhibited signs of dryness and inflammation, accompanied by reported itching. The patient’s hair appeared markedly thin and weak, with a reported loss of more than 100 hairs during washing and shampooing. The results of the hair analysis suggested that the treatment required to reverse her hair condition would likely be a protracted process, possibly extending beyond 8 months and potentially up to 11 or 12 months before noticeable improvements can be expected.

Androgenetic alopecia: It is a condition characterized by hair loss, is attributed to the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Hair follicles located at the temples exhibit heightened sensitivity to DHT, consequently precipitating premature hair loss in this specific region.

Treatment duration was: 12 months

Start: December 2021 until: December 2022

Follow-up: Based on the analysis of the patient’s hair and scalp condition, it was determined that the recommended treatment plan would involve a schedule of 1 hour sessions every two weeks for the first three months, followed by 1 hour sessions every month thereafter. This schedule is likely to be subject to adjustment as the patient’s condition improves , and progress is achieved in reversing the hair loss.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 15

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 35

Background: Patient 15 had been suffering from hair loss for more than three years, due to stress and anxiety over the loss of a very loved family member. She had used all types of shampoo and also used Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil) for over a year on the recommendation of a dermatologist.

Our Diagnosis: Her hair was thin and she comments that more than 50 hairs were falling out when wash. During the examination, we detected poor and sparse hair on the left and right temporal part. Microscopic examination confirmed Parietal Scalp Hair Loss.

Treatment duration was: 3 months

Start: February 2023 until May 2023

Follow-up: Based on the analysis of the patient’s hair, we determined a plan would involve a schedule of 1 hour sessions every four weeks.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 16 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 16

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 22

Background: The patient had previously visited other clinics, where the recommended solutions involved the use of Minoxidil/Rogaine, primarily designed for Androgenetic Alopecia rather than Alopecia Areata. Upon visiting HairWise with her boyfriend, the diagnosis was unequivocal;

Patient 23 was evidently experiencing hair loss due to Alopecia Areata. We explained the proposed treatment using fresh medicinal plants and shared how long it is expected to take, in months, required to restore the bald area. Ultimately, she chose not to initiate treatment with Rogaine/Minoxidil and instead commenced therapy under our care.

Our Diagnosis: In just 5 months, we successfully resolved his bald area resulting from Alopecia Areata. Needless to say, Patient 23 demonstrated diligence by consistently applying the formulas with fresh medicinal plants as instructed. The estimated treatment duration was between 5 and 6 months.

Treatment duration was: 5 months

Start: September 2023 until: February 2024

Follow-up: The follow-up sessions occurred monthly, each lasting one hour. During these sessions, we analyzed his scalp and compared images from the previous month to better observe the progress in filling the bald patch.

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 17

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 65

Background: Patient 17 had been suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia for more than 12 years, and her hair growth phase was significantly affected. She felt distressed, thinking that she no longer had a solution for her hair. Androgenetic Alopecia in Older Women: Androgenetic alopecia can start at any age, but it often becomes more noticeable as women age, especially after menopause when hormonal changes can accelerate hair thinning.

Our diagnosis: The scalp analysis confirmed that she was experiencing hair loss due to Androgenetic Alopecia, accompanied by concerns of oiliness scalp. These conditions significantly affected her hair growth phase. She also reported experiencing intense itching throughout the day.

We explained the steps that needed to be followed to remedy the situation and informed her that it would take approximately three to five months to stop the hair loss and eliminate the itching.

We began to formulate customized phytomedicinal tailored formulas to her specific issue.

Treatment Duration: 5 months

Start: December 2023 until: May 2024

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 18 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 18

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 35

Background: Patient 18, when she came to the consultation, was very distressed by the intense itching on her scalp. She mentioned that from scratching so much, she would sometimes cause herself a wound.

Our diagnosis: The comprehensive analysis of her scalp revealed not only a pronounced case of alopecia localized in the central region of her scalp but also a significant presence of severe dermatitis. This condition was identified as the primary underlying cause of her persistent and distressing itching, contributing to the overall discomfort and exacerbating the condition through frequent scratching.

We outlined the necessary steps to address the issue and informed her that it would take approximately three to five months to halt the hair loss and resolve the itching.

We began to formulate customized phytomedicinal tailored formulas to her specific issue.

Treatment Duration: 5 months

Start: June 2023 until: October 2023

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.

Patient 19 –
Data Sheet and Photos

Patient 19

Gender: Female

Ethnicity/Condition: Caucasian

Age: 31

Background: Patient 19, came to the consultation because she had begun losing hair in the left and right parietal areas. She mentioned that she had tried various solutions, including Minoxidil drops and a significant number of anti-hair loss shampoos and hair growth stimulants, but none seemed to have much effect. In fact, both parietal areas had very little hair remaining

Our diagnosis: The comprehensive analysis of her scalp revealed an alopecia localized in the parietal areas exhibited visible thinning, with a marked reduction in hair density and poorly functioning follicles. These parietal regions displayed clogged and inflamed pores, further indicating underlying scalp health issues. After the analysis, we informed the patient about her condition, explaining to her the treatment that would help reverse the issue of the poor hair density in both parietal areas. We began to formulate customized phytomedicinal tailored formulas to her specific issue.

Treatment Duration: 5 months

Start: August 2023 until: January 2024

Follow-up: 60 minutes each month

Elaboration Customized Formulas on individual patient characteristics: Customized formulas were prepared 48 hours after each follow-up, with subsequent adjustments and optimization tailored to address the individual hair and scalp needs of the patient.
