Orders typically ship the next business day but processing times may be longer for some of our freshly made products (up to 4 business days) and we will notify you by email if this is the case.
Delivery estimates provided by USPS: Priority Mail 2-3 business days. Delivery time applies when USPS is in possession of the package. You will receive a tracking number by email when the package has been scanned by USPS at drop off.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country’s laws. The end customer is solely responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
We only offer USPS INTERNATIONAL, United States Postal Service International, as a shipping option to countries inside and outside of United States.
HairWise is not liable for lost or stolen shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered, and HairWise is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. HairWise is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to HairWise for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may contact us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our exchange policy.
Exchanges of damaged goods must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in unable to use conditions.
We do not accept any returns.
To exchange an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with attached pictures of the damaged goods. After receiving confirmation of exchange place the item securely in the original packaging and dispose accordingly.
After receiving your order online and before processing the order, if you belive you had made a mistake during the order process, please contact email@example.com to get a refund of your order. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to process a refund. Domestic and international shipping fees are non refundable.
We only exchange/replace damaged goods that have been damaged during transportation to your shipping address.
We will only issue a refund if you have ordered the wrong product and your order has not been processed yet.
