HairWise Appointment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At HairWise, to ensure the best availability for all clients, we have established the following Appointment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
1.Booking Policy
• Clients must agree to the policy when booking.
• All bookings must be made exclusively through our website or landing page. Bookings will not be accepted by telephone—no exceptions.
2.Deposit Requirement for All New & No-Show Clients
• First-time clients must pay a $90 deposit when booking. After the consultation, the client will pay $100 to cover the remaining balance of the full consultation cost.
• Clients with a previous no-show history will be required to prepay in full($190)for future appointments.
3.Rescheduling
• Rescheduling request will be exclusively through our automated reminder message app using the designated button. Only one reschedule will be allowed per client.
• Rescheduling Requests made via telephone will not be accepted under any circumstances—No Exceptions.
• Rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours in advance and only one reschedule will be allowed per client.
• Rescheduling Requests made less than 48 hours in advance will not be accepted.
• If you schedule your appointment within 24 hours or less, rescheduling will not be allowed.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Any Cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable prepayment.
When you book an appointment, you are reserving a specific day and time. This reservation prevents another person from booking that same slot. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your appointment, it means that someone else has lost the opportunity to schedule their appointment at that time.
5. No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” is defined as missing an appointment.
• If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment the prepaid deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
